What platforms do you manage?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter) and Threads, depending on where your audience is and what your goals are. We don’t recommend being on every platform for the sake of it. We’ll tell you honestly which platforms make sense for your brand and focus our effort there.

We produce it. Photography, video, copywriting and design are all handled in-house. For clients on our content shoot programs, we come on-site monthly and produce everything your calendar needs. If you have existing brand assets you want us to work with, we can incorporate those too, but you don’t need to supply content for us to manage your channels effectively.

As much or as little as you want. Most clients review and approve a monthly content calendar before anything goes live, which gives you visibility and sign-off without requiring day-to-day involvement. If you’d prefer more hands-on collaboration, we can build that into the workflow. If you’d rather we just get on with it, we can do that too.

We report on metrics that are relevant to your goals, not just the ones that look good. Follower growth, reach, engagement rate, website traffic from social and conversion data where tracking allows. We set benchmarks at the start of the engagement and measure against them, and we’re transparent when something isn’t performing as expected and what we’re doing about it.

Our programs start from $1,650 + GST per month for a managed social presence on two to three platforms, through to $4,950 + GST per month for full-scale multi-platform management with a monthly content shoot.
